I just want to say that the staff and service at One Stop in Colne is second to none. I had accidentally misplaced my purse in my bag which resulted in my purse landing on the pavement outside the shop. A wonderful samaritan handed it in to the shop and I received a call on my mobile to say my purse had been handed in. I was literally 5 minutes away when they rang. Everything was in the purse and the shop assistant who returned it to me was amazing. Thank you so much whoever you are. This shows there are some amazing people in this world and I'm glad to be around them. THANK YOU WHOEVER YOU ARE XXXXXX

Friendly enough staff , should change opening time from 7am to “ Whenever someone turns up for work” as it’s rarely open on time.

Good convenient shop. However, I went tonight at 21:20hrs and the door was locked despite that it is supposed to be open until 22:00hrs.

Ordered some items on just eat because I have covid and can't leave my house, the driver decided to only collect one of my bags of shopping! The store personally called me to let me know he had left without one of my bags, unfortunately they or myself could not contact the driver personally so it would be a case of trying to get through to someone on just eat, which would no doubt take forever! So they went above and beyond and payed for a separate taxi to deliver my second bag of shopping which was left behind by just eat. So a big thankyou
