Co-op Food - Petrol Chorley - Moor Road

The guy who just served me has got to be one of the most arrogant and rude people I’ve met. No help at all when my top up card wouldn’t work and spoke to me like I’d inconvenienced him in some wAy. I own my own business and if one of my staff spoke to my customers like that, I’d quite happily show him the door 🚪 sort your staff out, I know it’s no fun working stacking shelves in a Sunday night but isn’t that what he’s paid for?? Just a thought!

For a newly built shop i was disappointed most of the shelves were empty has an ex employee of coop having the shelves full and making sure that everything was available was a must plus making sure the store was clean and tidy wich it wasn't isles had litter or boxes also it was always told to us to make sure you was friendly and helpful to customers and always gave a receipt which I didn't get I had to pack my bag and ask for a receipt I think the the employee need to know customer service and that the people who do the ordering need to make sure the store doesn't look empty

New shop and petrol station, all spanking new with a really good service.
Still would like to pay at the pump but anywho the day goes on !
More open and easier to get to - well done developer !

after being accused of being a liar and a scam artist at the pall mall bargin booze after trying to redeem a enetgy voucher, i came here for help and the gentleman went out of his way to be helpful and solved my issues with redeeming my voucher.

I live next to it but I stoping shopping with them They are very expensive have prices double than Asda and Tesco. I wouldn’t recommend anyone.

It's a really good and friendly place

Customer service is terrible, especially when dealing with complaints. The manager barely copes nevermind manages. I am disabled and rely on my corner shop. Bitterly disappointed!
