I visited this store to collect two parcels that consisted of three items. I was polite and asked for my third item when only given two. The lady behind the counter got very nasty raising her voice saying no that was all there was even when I showed proof from hermes I shall not be going there again. I have given one star because eventually I got my parcel when another staff member looked for it.
