The staff are amazing and really helpfull prices are ok and the offers are usually really good only problem is the middle Isle is way to small to get a pram down

Recently my son was diagnosed with covid ,he and my grandson had to isolate ,they found themselves in the position of having no shopping.

I myself have been shielding since March .so I could not go to the shops to help .
I could only think to ring my local co-op plungington preston to ask that they put a few bags of shopping together so my daughter could collect and leave them at my son's door.
Michelle was the young lady on the phone she was absolutely delightful.
We went through everything possible they may need from the normal shopping to extra,s .
She went above and beyond as when my daughter called to collect the 4 bags she had made sure she put all the best deals in the bags ,my daughter said she was smiling and lovely and glad to be helping .
I can't tell you how grateful we all were for the help she gave on that distressing day .
I believe in angels thank you ,thank you Michelle x.

Stock is over-priced and some staff members are rude. I have been shopping here since August of last year and I still get asked for ID, multiple times a week. I fully understand that the company utilises a Think 25 policy but 80% of the staff refuse to remember my face, despite me shopping there nearly everyday. Staff have also been rude and dismissive when I try to explain to them that they have seen my ID before. I have worked in retail sector for four years and have never forgotten a regular customer’s face. It’s just poor customer service really. Staff need to be retrained ASAP.

They kind of always have what you need, just a bit pricey am afraid.

Ordered a few times using Deliveroo. Never any problems. It's a shame they aren't on Deliveroo anymore.
