All staff members apart from donna are alright. I like clerks that do not avoid serving someone because they smell like weed

A shop assistant didn't let me in as in his opinion I was wearing a wrong face covering.

Hi I was at my local shop this evening usually the staff are great in there, I have been using this shop for two years, tonight I went in as usual I saw a new lad to me, put my shopping up to pay for it everything was fine, I am with a walking stick and semi one handed, as the staff that no me no this and are helpful, i.ask for a carrier bag, and asked could he pack my stuff in it not able not enough room oh I am the same he meaning because he had a little bit of black tape round his little finger, yes I start to feel very uncomfortable I threw my bank card over the counter to him as by now I felt he was making a mockery, he then threw a bag under the screen which landed on the floor, yes I could not win, a customer behind me I now have found out are knowledgeable to each, so please turn on the camera then it will show where it went wrong, in the end my words were is there a bit of ganging up going on here I told him to stuff. the shopping, now I had swore, (stuff) yes I was left feeling sick that I just went to get my usual few bits but I have never met this person, 6 months he as been working there, my first time all I ask as when I rang to speak to the manager, who picks up the phone this same human being, said she was not there but she was there, as some neighbour called to see me to see if I was fine he had heard about the scene, there are plenty shops but anybody that goes to spend there money in any shop, do they deserve this, Morrisons employing thugs. I live local, I want him to know this, and please shoppers one person like this sort of character do not let him put you down, he is a thug, if the mockery and my bag was not threw to the floor, I would not felt
insulted, yes this is not his first time, it as happened to another customer, this does not take away from the hard working staff, in this shop, but as this so called, staff refused to serve me, so I must be barred from the shop, a first, a bit of shopping, play the Camera please, advice to anybody with medical problems do not enter this shop if a 6ft 2inch dark haired gentleman is working there, I rest my case, I am not a stranger, if this gentleman would like my address I would love to give it to him,

Very rude member of staff he needs a lesson in customer service

Serviced by a very happy young lady called Ivy…. Clearly looked like she didn’t want to be there. Not one word was said when I was returning my parcel. No hello, no thank you. Just a miserable face. Definitely won’t be coming back. Must say the older lady next to her on the till seemed a lot more pleasant.

absolutely awful shop, THREE DAYS ITS BEEN CLOSED FOR NO REASON. it was -1 last night and you’re making family’s and old people not able to go to the ONLY shop that is close by for three days no notes nothing it’s annoying and you need to sort it out as an owner

I have used this shop for many many years and most of the time there are staff that talk but some staff are rude and snappy

Ordered some groceries via Uber Eats and the driver was only giving half the order. Rang them shop for them to admit the other bag was there but they wouldnt do anything about it. Bloke on phone really didnt care
