Genuinely the laziest people I’ve ever met in there. They once said they couldn’t send off my parcel without an email. I spent half an hour frantically looking for it before I went back in and asked could we not just type in the code I have for it (the barcode wouldn’t scan) the women replied “yes but that would mean I’d have to type in the numbers” when I asked if she was serious (it’s literally her job) another women butted in and said “there’s two of us so we can do it now”. It’s literally a 9 digit code. The next time I tried to deliver a parcel they had decided to shut shop 10-20 minutes early and refused to do it. Just plain lazy
