Still queues even after refurbishment but allowing for teething problem much improved. I expect to be able to give 5 stars next visit.
A handy local shop an asset to local community. Friendly helpful staff, good range and economic prices.
Many thanks to Dawn who went above and beyond to help me solve a problem at the till. Coop this lady is most definatly an asset to you.

Always a queue, always understaffed. The staff don't seem to care about customers unless they are a regular then they treat the place like a social club.
Also, let's talk about the "manager". I assume that the gentleman that prances about wearing his Britney Spears headset is in fact the manger of this branch?
I ask this as he seems to be the most incompetent of them all. He never smiles, doesn't interact with his staff or customers and couldn't care less about the long line of increasingly agitated guests.

One of my best shopping experiences at a coop, staff are always friendly, the manager is friendly and very helpful. The store is clean and refreshed. Could go on and on. Highly recommended!!!

Advertised as opening on a Sunday at 7am, the store never opens on time and often gone 7:20am with no apology from staff to a waiting Q. The staff do not seem to care about customers and can be rude, ignoring offers of assistance.

The store manager needs to attend to the major issue of the store being understaffed. Not only is it an inconvince for the customers when they are waiting for assistance on the selfscans or behind tills, but it is also unfair on the working staff as it puts so much more pressure on them to both fulfil those customer needs as well as complete numerous tasks.

Other than that it is a very nice little store to visit to get your daily essentials.

Good little local store. But they always seem short staffed. Staff that are there do their best
