Overpriced local shop

Terrible service when trying to return a parcel. Machine didn’t scan, staff just stayed behind counter and rudely smirked and shrugged, suggesting I lift the machine up, when it’s heavy and high up already.

Used the store to send back a parcel.
Very helpful lady assistant.

Absolutely useless when trying to return parcels with Hermes, the machine is in a really awkward place and incredibly dark so it won't read the QR code properly. Not much help when trying to hand the parcel over the counter either. Will be going further afield next time as its just not worth the bother.
