One Stop

I have been using this shop to drop off My Hermes parcel for a few years now and they have recently started turning me away every time I try to drop parcels off as apparently their york is too full.

I run a small business, I only make small profits and I cannot warrant keep coming back and forth every time they decide they cannot take the parcels, on this occasion three times, where do you draw the line, it is absolutely ridiculous. The staff are really unhelpful, have a bad attitude and just shrug their shoulders as if to say it is not their problem.

I will be contacting My Hermes and the store manager, this is unacceptable.

I use this place regularly and normally receive a civil greeting from the staff. On this Saturday two lads were serving. The first gestured rudely for me to go behind him as I was trying to keep the recommended distance. On being served by the other lad not one word passed his lips. No thank you for my custom and no eye contact.

Great little shop however despite the opening hours being 7am to 10pm every day sometimes I find the shop closed without any notice or signs on the door.

Horrible customer service today at 9:50am disrespectful and ignorant two people, wow much worse can this get.

Never open at 7 am

Convenient little shop by the same group that runs Tesco's.
Old shelfing updated to shiny new refrigerators.
The floor always looks clean when entering the store.

Lovely staff, good prices.
