Their open times are unreliable for a MyHermes drop off point.

They claim they are open until 9pm. I went to drop off a package just after 8pm and they are closed up. While I appreciate during this difficult period open times could be variable but please take the time to update your website and Google.

I'm running a small business, sending parcels via HERMES. Every single time when I go to the shop to drop them off, the man is rude to me. It never happens to my husband who occasionally drops my parcels to the shop too. This morning, when I opened the door saying good morning, he did not even reply. He started to talk to me unkindly. This situation has gone on for a long time. Firstly I was thinking that he may be having a bad morning. Now every time I go in I feel bullied for no reason. That is not the way to support a small business. I will let HERMES know as well. I'm their regular client.

Most useless shopkeeper in the world. Guy had me looking for my own parcle outback (which they have lost) I could have walked out the shop with the whole bag of parcles for other people if i wanted. Terrible service.

Fridge not working all products still for sale soggy, boxes all over the floor, moved a box for a toddler and got shouted at by the shopkeeper for moving his stuff, work vehicle on the cameras prevented him getting his skull caved in...DO NOT USE!!

Shopkeeper is RUDE and won't accept parcels unless it's within his specific times which are not those on the parcel websites. Claims he's too busy even though the shops empty! Avoid this place and go somewhere that actually wants your custom!

For locals only. Wouldn't take a parcel because it was before 9am (I think he doesn't like people not buying anything and just using his store for a drop off point.) I looked at him helplessly because I knew all he had to do was point his magical scanner thingy which makes a beep noise and ta da the job is done but sadly No. A very inconvenient store. He can be quite rude as well. Oh well I shall hunt for another hermes shop.

Terrible and wouldn’t go back or recommend to anyone. Took in a parcel to return yesterday and rude gentleman told me he was dealing with a delivery driver and I’d have to wait……….. rudely then agreed it would be more convenient for him if I went away and came back another day……… customers must be a massive inconvenience.
