I was coming to shop here since it opened. It was convenient for me as I came first thing in the morning before work and there were 3-4 customers maximum in the shop. As I am cycling into work I have a little bike that I would go in with, pick my stuff and leave asap, never bumped into anyone or anything. Today I was told that I am not allowed anymore in the shop with my small bike. I politely asked back if pushchairs are allowed and the answer was yes, I asked if people with big suitcases are allowed and the answer was yes. I am wondering why me and my bike are not allowed??
It made me feel very sad because this is the first shop I am told not to walk in anymore whereas Waitrose before and other shops always receive me with a smile and know me as a regular customer and know that my little bike never bothered anyone or destroyed anything.
Shame on you guys and I promise I will never shop in any Co-op store anymore and I will also share the story to make sure others find out about your policy.

This is a really nice, roomy store, loads of tills so fast queue time, plenty of fresh fruit and veg, in store bakery and Costa Coffee machine!

This Co-op in Portman Square is the biggest co-op i have seen so far, but i seldom buy in this place. Last time i went here was late afternoon on a weekday and it was not that as busy as the one in Earls Court Road where i always patronize and to me it is the most busiest co-op i have known.

Ive been on the shop ~15 min ago,and definitely it will be the last time. Poor customer service. No eyes contact, no hello. By mistake the lady on the till scanned 2 the bottle of milk, witch I understand is happend, because I'm working in retail as well. She didn't bother to say a sorry or something. She continued to ignore me. Dafinatly you don't put accent on customer service. Especially on this time, when everyone is trying to do their best to make money, and survive like a company.

Strange how the 5 stars are from the staff.
The staff are amazing however managers treat them like trash. One day I saw a female staff member being harassed by the older manager I believe called tuhin after he purchased a huge bottle of wine. Whilst another day I spoke to another member of staff who said one of the managers keeps trying to flirt with her and it got to the point where she had to lie about her age. It was an awful thing to witness.

Food often mislabelled price. Staff know but don't change it? A bit strange

New branch. Appears medium size but they don't have much! Very few staff. Fine for basics.

Well stocked, decently priced for its location, smiley and helpful staff, particularly Tamina (I think is how to spell it!)
