Slowest service I've ever encountered, nobody ever on the till, always have to call someone then they cover people in the subway shop. Avoid if in a rush

Customer service is non-existent. I went to collect a parcel and was made to feel like an inconvenience.

Brilliant shop, sells most things for convinence, also parcels ect, has an In store subway, and Costa machine, the staff are friendly and lots of things you can pay, gas electric ect.

Just tried to buy an energy drink for my drive up to Manchester, I’m 25 years old, served in the Army for 7 years & he refused to serve me because I didn’t have ID. The kid looked about 20. I understand to an extent, had I been buying alcohol I get it. But an energy drink where the age requirement is 16? I’ve never felt more insulted. Perhaps your staff should apply the odd dash of common sense.

Update opening hours, says you open up at 6am online, when in reality you open up at 7am.
