Typical by nature. My comment is about the fuel (Petrol etc), there are pay at the pump, which most of the time are conveniently out of paper for the receipt, forcing you in to the shop for it. Now I'm even less likely to buy anything. There can be a wait here too, as there is no facility for fuel only customers to by-pass the food shoppers. It's a well stocked store though.

The staff are always friendly and you can pick up most things. Fuel prices are not bad. A lot of the basic food isn't that far away from supermarket prices and the quality is good. There is a great selection of wines and beers too, for a convenience store. OK some of the less common items are priced a little highly, but this is a 'convenience' store open at hours beyond the supermarkets. I go there a lot - and no I don't work there!

I have been shopping here for a long time, on and off. But more so recently during lockdown. I'm so impressed with the lay out ,and the professional attitude of the staff. This store didnt have the best reputation, hence why I said iv used it on and off, but with new management, it has regained its status of a modern ,well stocked, clean and friendly shop.

Plenty of stock to choose from. Average price fuel ... not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Toilets are very basic and a bit dirty. Spacious car park.

Massive shout out to the lovely member of staff who told us how to get to a great shaded part of the river so our dog could have a paddle and play today as the sun was too hot for walking far. This made his and our day and was service above and beyond. I only popped in for a water but she was so lovely that I thought I would ask her on the off-chance she may know somewhere. She took me outside of the shop and gave really specific directions. Thanks so much, our pooch had a ball and we will definitely be using this shop again.

The hot food is delicious. ie pizza, burgers, sausage rolls and breaded chicken bites 😋 would recommend if passing by and in need of a hot snack
