I love this shop as its really convenient when I need something quickly or have forgotten something and the staff are always so friendly.

Such a rude woman today serving between 3 and 3.30pm 3/5/19! The way she spoke to me was appalling. If she doesn't want to serve customers apart from her friends, then she shouldn't do the job!

This shop is not covid safe!

The Hermes parcel return machine, which is used frequently, is positioned right where people queue for the check out, making social distancing impossible. I’ve mentioned it before and they said there is nothing they can do, I also just overheard another family pointing it out that it doesn’t allow social distancing and that it’s not safe, same response from the check out assistant is that there is no where else to put it.

To whoever from the Co-op that misread my review, I am NOT dissatisfied with the store in question! It is not big. Therefore it cannot have a vast range of stock. That is an observation, not a criticism. The clear majority of the staff are friendly and helpful, like any retail establishment. One or two are not. It's the same everywhere! That is also an observation, not a criticism! I've shopped there ( not exclusively, I shop at many places) for 15 years or so. It's the Co-op, and I like the Co-op, all of it's many permutations ( I'm with the Co-op Bank). Nowhere Is Perfect! Ok?

Small shop with good selection of items, typical corner shop prices which are slightly higher than your big chains, staff are friendly and approachable

It’s a shame some of the staff let the team down by being so rude.
