Even one point is too much. I went there few time for Yodel drop off, but the staff is always rude and excusing there’s no space for parcel drop off. Even for a phone size parcel. And the staff always gives false information and ask the customer to go to the shop near Waitrose for Yodel. Worst experience ever.

I have been to this shop a week ago to collect my parcel, and the person of the shop was an old asian man , he was so rude and started shouting at me when i ask about my parcel, he then said to me move away from the till im serving another customer, he was extremely rude, coucil should take action against him

Miserable and rude shop owner. Not helpful at all and gets angry at you for no reason. He keeps your parcels exposed on a dirty and musty corner by the FLOOR of the shop - so your parcels will easily get stolen or destroyed by customers walking all over it. Go to another Evri parcel shop if you don’t want your day and parcels to get ruined by the shop owner. Evri needs to investigate this establishment and remove their services from it. All the other reviews are telling the truth. Next closest Evri parcel shop is at high road, very short distance and does not have a offensive shop owner

Extremely bad attitude! Dirty and nasty place! Expired food! I am absolutely disgusted with the staff! I don't know how such misery and such attitude to customers is possible! People, if you have another shopping option, don't go there!

Ridiculous experience, the guy at the till was so grouchy and couldn't stand the fact I was struggling to understand his instructions to scan the QR code for a return. I had never done it and I couldn't understand his accent (I am foreign myself), but a bit more patience wouldn't hurt! If you are in a bad mood, customer facing is probably not for you. Have a walk in nature instead!
