Absolutely terrible customer service I walked into the shop and an employee had been following me around the whole time. by the time I actually got my focus off him and decided to get the items I originally went there for he stopped me and accused me of placing items into my bag which he then made me in the middle of the isle in front of everyone empty my bag out and threw all of my school pe clothing on to their poorly cleaned sticky floors to only find an item I had purchased a week before. Since I had purchased this item a week before I hadn't had the receipt on me so he assumed I had stolen this item and then chooses to say "I saw you place this item in your pocket yesterday but thought that I would let you go because I wasn't sure if you had stolen it." Which I never did. 1. I had purchased this item from the shop a week ago while he was standing at the till next to me watching me pay. 2. The packaging for the item had been open so there is no way I could have stolen it and as it was almost finished and clearly old. 3. He said he had seen me steal it the " day before" when I even told him I bought it in front of his face at least a week before this incident and I didn't even enter the shop the "day before" like he said I did because I remember not even leaving my house that day due to my illness. Finally I would like to say I have been to this shop many times almost everyday in fact and I have never felt so victimised by any staff there he was obviously a new employee as that was actually the first time I had ever seen him and told me to "never come back" once I find out this mans name I will for sure be posting it up here to ensure that this incident which now I choose never to enter that shop again will be resolved.

Not many shops in the small village, the co-op is probably the most used and handy when visiting family. That said, it has all you need for day to day food stuff, very polite, helpful and courteous employees.

I don't rate this place at all. If chocolate and wine is all you need then it's fine but when all you can get to make a cake is everything to do with chocolate ( not on a vanilla sponge ) then it makes for a pretty poor shop indeed. They seriously need to take another look at stock because this co-op sucks big time. Btw it won't let me give it zero star rating that's why there is one

Appalling, consistently out of stock of my product for months. Avoid at all costs

I needed milk on the way home and I stopped here to get some. The parking was fine and just near the entrance. There was loads of shelves stacked full and it was a good shopping exercise.

Expensive. For a week no cold beer.
Maybe the fridge has been fixed since. Never mind, I shall now be using the better priced Tesco or Sainsbury in Farnham Common where the journey for cold beer will always be fruitful and in general better pricing.
