I been coming here since I was a little child. I remember one day walking in, and a kind person working at the till gave me a gift. It was a bear plushie. This was back before they updated the store. Now it is all crammed full of stuff and the food isn't as nice.

A good stock of products and great location.

It's a great shame about the rudeness and
unprofessional attitude of some staff there however. Particularly one individual who gossips to certain select customers and makes other wait in line for lengthy periods.

Rude, ignorant, a total lack of customer service and people skills.

The staff are friendly and helpful.
Not a great range of products.
the shop has tape on the floor showing people were to stand (2 meters) which is good.
Overall a good shop.

Shopped here for years, but as of the last few years it's unbearable I have to skip this store now as I can not stand a certain staff member that is on the tills if the shop is empty and she is stood behind counter she will make sure she leaves the counter to start stocking shelves leaving me standing there, but the worst most unforgivable experience with this utter abomination of a human, was with my 5yo child standing in cue Pauline, asked for my son to get bk from the till area as he was to close for her comfort even tho covid restrictions have been completely lifted at this point, he is autistic witch I explained to her as she shouted at him and me at the top of her voice that she will not serve us and to leave as he stood to close again, naturally I left the premises very angry and since told others of this, they too have noticed this lady and will not shop in there... Shame!!!!disappointed

Slow-op (slowest serving shop ever) rude staff, expensive products, have one line for shop and postoffice (so don't go in with armfull of parcels because your be waiting ages to be served).and then email co-op and they reply to me with someone else's problem.the rules in this shop change depending on who is working.they need to have a separate line for postoffice as 8 out of ten end up walking out because of the line situation.all the othershops have serpate lines but this shop dosnt to be awkward.shocking shop best of goin to to tescos 👍

Fairly disintetested staff attitude, offhand at times, depending on the staff member. For comparison go to Westbourne Stores up Monks Hill, Wow, what a difference.

As a kid I remember this being very nice and friendly. Once had a cashier hand me a teddy bear as a present. These days though they’re just soulless, packed, new bad layout, and underpaid staff with overpriced items. It’s lost the character it used to have.
