I’ve been going to this shop since I was young and I have never been disappointed with the customer service. Owner of the shop is always nice. The shop has everything you need. Especially Hermes drop off. I have been able to send off parcels from there very easily with no hassle.

On last Saturday I walked in with my guide dog. The ‘manager’ immediately sent me out. He refused my guide dog to be allowed in and wouldn’t accept to listed to me… even though i explain the law allows me to enter. I was very upset and we have reported this to the police 😠

A friend was left extremely distressed after she was rudely told to get out of the shop with her guide dog. Disgraceful & illegal! Wish I could give NO stars but you can’t post a comment if you don’t.

Went to return Amazon parcel and their machine was broken. The staff was pretty unhelpful.

As per instructions from Evri /Hermes Amazon I had a item to return
They said don’t need to print label don’t need to package it
I took it to the shop he refused to take it he said he does not package things
He said it was my fault I showed him the instructions but he still refused to take the item and said it was my fault
Would not recommend this shop

I have just been verbally abused in this shop after attempting to return an Amazon parcel. When I entered I was ignored by 2 members of staff. After gaining their attention and explaining that I wished to return a parcel, the assistant told me to print a receipt. I asked for help with this and he refused. When I asked for the manager he said he was not available. In no time, the second member of staff said he was the manager (he had been doing something under the counter, out of sight). When I said I was disappointed that he would allow his staff to be so unhelpful - he had obviously clearly heard the interaction between the other man and me - he became upset and swore at me. He told me to get out of the shop and began videoing me whilst speaking into the video saying that I had tried to steal a lollipop. This is an example of how not to do business.

Absolutely vile shop owner, no customer service skills. Went to pick up parcel. Was told it wasnt there. He spoke to me so rudely. He said it not here" now go ". Very dismissive. I went back next day as I had notification on phone saying parcel was there. Again he treated me so disrespectfully.
Saying scanner was broke, you come back tomorrow, "Now go" I said I'm not going anywhere without my parcel.
His behaviour towards Women is disgusting.
Another lady ame in to collect parcel. He treated her exactly the same. She wasnt happy either.
I had to look for parcel myself in the end, I took it and left him the barcode for him to scan when his machine was working.
I would never use this shop again.
Worst parcel drop off service ever.

This shop used to be well run, but lately the standards have really slipped. The staff are usually rude, indifferent or too busy talking on their mobiles to properly assist customers. The parcel collection point is absolute chaos. Customers' parcels are piled high on a dirty floor and there's no order or organisation to the pick up process. Normally customers are just told to find their parcel themselves which means rooting through a massive pile, and seeing other customers' addresses. It could be a big GDPR risk. If you can go somewhere else, do so.
