Serious rat problem at this garage and also adjacent to popham diner, quite concerning that there is a greggs and subway here also! ...considerable movement at front of building beside logs and entrance door and at the rear area just past the air machine.
Park at the last no parking sign where it says hgv waiting time 15mins max.... won't take you long to see them all running about.

Good selection of items, plus a Greggs and A Starbucks inside. Prices are very high as you might expect at a services. Very friendly helpful staff.

Not much room here, but a good choice of delights. Greggs and subway providing a good choice if your sick of mcdonalds on the road. The spar it's self is the same as any other of its sister stores....Although still 32 times cheaper than WHSMITHS at fleet services.

Great service. Amazing and friendly staff. Greggs sells hot food, Starbucks coffee on the go available. Neat, tidy and very full shop. Toilets are cleaned regularly.

serious atitutde problem from Jalan the Asian customer service on a recent visit purchased fuel and was told my payment was no good! he put it through three times on a card machine still didn't go through I asked himfor a drive off form which means I would come back within 24 hours and pay the outstanding amount this shouldn't have been a problem considering I work for a large organisation well known and had branding all over my vehicle and uniform.

clearly either too lazy to write the form out and clearly too incompetect to put a payment through even resorting to calling me rude because Ive asked for the form.

he managed to put the payment through on another card machine and it went through no problem. no apology from him at all.

I think his attitude would have been different had I not been in a well know vehicle or uniform .

poor training, poor service hostile staff incompetent Ill make my fuel stops at the ever friendly BP service stations

Toilets are pretty horrendous. There's a disabled one and a unisex one but both were very dirty and had obviously not been cleaned in several weeks which isn't great considering coronavirus is still a threat.

Most disgusting toilets in England I’d say

8pm on a Friday in August. Greggs shut, Starbucks shut and very overpriced petrol.
Helpfully the Starbucks was lit up and looked open. So a u turn in the car park was necessary!
I wish they had signs that let you know when food was not available
