Co-op Food - Colt Hatch

Always running out of stock, ridiculous long queues at tills , open n shut store as when saying no staff when clearly staff in shop . Needs manager who can run place n staff efficiently. Used to be a good store but clearly not anymore

Very cramped aisles and there always seems to be an incident or problem that has diverted the checkout staff and caused a giant queue to snake through the store making it even harder to get around.

Consitanlty bad service, the place is usually out of most stock items, in comparison to other co-ops in town, it is by far the worst, I have made many complaints to Thier head office which have never once been actioned. I've been using this particular beach for over five years and it's always been the same. Shame on you all...

Ive been using this shop for 11 years and never had a problem here
The staff are always friendly and polite.
First shop I've been in since covid-19 and was impressed with how they are managing things. Only 2 people allowed in and diverted aisles so didnt cross paths, I was nowhere near as anxious as I thought I'd be.

Always closing at 6 due to staff not being able to work and always out of stock he’s office needs to do something with the co-op

Absolute joke of a shop!!! Ordered on deliveroo and 80% of my order didn't arrive and no one thought it might have been a good idea to call or send similar
alternative products. Waste of time!!!

Just popped to coop @ 6.30pm and for the second time this week it's shut!!! Just looked on website and it says it's open! This shop is absolutely showing!!

I buy as little as possible here. Prices are way to high. i.e. Milk 4pts £150, Chocolate £1.50 else where £1.00
