They don't accept Coop members cards because "a member of staff was using them fraudulently". What a bunch of muppets. Sack the member of staff and fix the loophole. Don't punish 1000s of others.

Also, they charged me 3 times for one USB cable £15 instead of £5. It was not until I went back in with the receipt, they then agreed to refund.

Really terrible store. Avoid at all costs.

My local CO-OP - friendly and helpful staff, will always go there if short of a box of tea!

Handy for tiny top up shopping trips but stock levels are often VERY low at the moment and my recent experiences of the service at the instore Post Office have been repeatedly slow and inefficient.

Very clean store, strange layout due to the shape of the building but plenty of stock. Staff are friendly and currently great covid measures. Plentiful free parking is a big draw for me.

Has a wide variety of goods here and a post office and cash machine. There is also a defibrillator on the outside wall and a good size carpark which backs on to a field to walk a dog and children. Walking distance to writtle green and duck pond too.

Never stepping foot in this shop again! Never been in here without some issue! Poor selection of fresh veg/fruit and salad(if any!) debit card readers forever declining my card even though I have sufficient funds, the queuing system is hideous!! If you have a long queue for both post office and food don't expect A: to have any form of social distancing as they just merge into one being squashed together and completely confusing and B: to be served within the hour!
Lastly my god the female staff in there are SO miserable!!! Rather spend more time travelling to a shop further away!(would still be quicker!) AVOID!

Its the co op the most expensive chain of corner shops in the country. What can I say they stock the same stuff as all the other supermarkets they just charge a little more... the staff can be quite helpful if you get them on the right day
