popped in after a long bike ride and waited to be served for 5 minutes as they were talking behind me and i had to ask to be served. not very good customer assistance.

Normally a good shop but tonight seriously was bad the only cashier on thought talking to her friend was more important then serving the customers it took the other member of staff to get to the check out door for her to end her chat session and do her job
