Its an ok shop food not bad but prefer bigger shops prices ok

Its ok food store pricey but not bad

There is a guy and a girl working there who are very rude! Charge you more than the price on the display and when asked why, she would insult you with "have a good day,goodbye!" Like shooing you away like a dog!. The other guy is also very rude,when asked about something doesn't even respond like you are invisible! No ethics at all!

Not accepting parcels for Collect +

I went there today and already second time this week was overcharged lady that worked there tried to charge me double of what my shopping was when I told her the amount was incorrect she scanned again and it was half the price I didn’t received an apology nothing even though it was a second time.
Be aware and always get it the receipts just in case or add your spendings before you go to the till.

Could always be a little larger..

rude staff, I came in with my sister (we are Asian), staff told my sister, who is 10, to go outside because she did not have a mask, I did have a mask, but other white children came in without face masks and they were fine with it, so rude and disrespectful, I would like Mcolls back.
