Nisa Local

The guy working here is rude. I wanted to send my parcel using Hermes and when I asked for help, he asked me to pass my phone to him but I said no due to COVID and he wasn't happy. I asked him he could just give instruction how to work with the machine and I would do myself but he refused to help after that. They should hire someone with a good customer service!

Tried to send a package via Hermes, the guy at the til didn’t scan it properly and now I can’t track my parcel at all. Probably lost or perhaps never even sent off to Hermes. Cost me £100s worth of goods. Awful.

Fantastic staff... very helpful with phone queries. Shop is always stocked up . Great services like a Hermes collection and drop off, money transfer services. All local too which is perfect for me needs.
Highly recommended.

Went there to collect a parcel from nisa local wood hall lane of Evri that was delivered in store. Firstly she said, it’s not there and told me to go to premier shop.
Premier shop told me, it is to be collected from nisa local. When I went back the women behind counter rudely told me to wait for 15 minutes and then she would look. It is the worst shop in Chelmsford. The staff need to be changed to get the business back.

The worst corner shop in cm1, the lady working behind counter is extremely rude with no manners at all. Went there to drop a EVRI parcel, she rudely told me to go to somewhere else.

Just rang up Nisa as had email to say my parcel had been delivered. He was very arrogant and so rude to me on the phone.... told me to speak to delivery driver when it's my parcel going to shop for me to pick up... I called back and told him not to be so rude to me that I will be making a complaint.. this is first time this has ever happened. Once all my parcels have been picked up I won't be choosing option to pick up from there again. Today at 1.45pm. I went into shop as got email from hermes to say my parcel was there. The man who was rude to me over phone was at shop today and was rude to me and I told him to learn some manner and customer service manners too. Shouldn't be in that job if your gonna be so rude to your customers

Poor customer service. I popped in earlier and got 3 items, 1 of which was a big bag of ice. I paid (by card) and then noticed he hadn't pulled out a bag or even asked if i wanted one. I asked can i have a bag please and he said that'll be 10p, i handed out my card again to pay the 10p (as i had no money on me) and he said that i had to then spend £5 for me to use my card. I think he was upset because he was outside smoking when i arrived and he probably didn't like having to throw the other half of his cigarette away.

Rude lazy people. Always making excuses not to take Hermes packages and also buys cheap food with the price on and sells it for more which isn't aloud. Nasty nasty place
