Co-op Food - Tye Green

I was shocked by how I was treated. I went there to top up my electricity, arrived there a little past half past ten, definitely no where near eleven. The door was shut already. I knocked on the door politely three times. The staff definitely saw me, giggling, I can hear them talking 'once those customers were let in, you never know long they going to spend'. Nobody bothered to answer, or even let me know they are closed (and close before they claim they should). I stood in the snow for 5 minutes and they were laughing 'She is (making gestures of crazy)...she will leave'. So this is how a customer was treated. Very helpful.

One member of staff, very short reddish hair is often rude and abrupt in the way she talks to customers. I have personally seen or experienced this on several occasions.

Not wanting to touch it I refused and was given a run down it’s the rules so I will not be shopping there for much in the future!

Which was to touch as little as possible and I didn’t need a bag so why would I need a hold a shared basket
which has been rubbed down not sure what with but not tested to be clean and expect me to take it?
When the air conditioning system is still on all germs are going around the place anyway makes no sense.
Only wanted milk! Got a headache now !

Doesn’t open the time it said it should here at 9:12 on a Sunday according to website should be open from 8am but it’s closed

Liking the new redesign to the store. Layout is quite good, the “easy to go” grab stuff is just the right areas when you enter the shop so my trips is literally a quick run to the shop. Plenty of staff and helpful, there wasn’t a lot of customers around but they opened up another till and that was helpful of them.

I went into the Bush Fair Co Op this afternoon with my daughter about 3.30pm. While we waited in the queue there was a young teenage lad who had trouble with the self service till. He asked for help and the cashier rudely shouted at him across the shop in front of all the customers in a hostile way that its working. He was very respectful and didn't answer her back..to be honest she didn't deserve his respect. When it was our turn to be served she asked if we wanted a bag and my daughter replied yes please. She didn't give us a bag so I asked politely if we could have one. She snapped and said she had asked but no one had answered to which I replied yes my daughter did reply. This woman is so disrespectful to the customers and to be honest shouldn't be working there with her attitude. She's in her 50's and should treat customers right...after all if it wasn't for them she wouldn't have a job. My daughter and I won't be using this store again!!!!

Went here to buy flowers for a birthday(about 11:30am).
Found what I wanted but the queue to pay was @ least 8 people long!! Only one cashier on tills!? It took 5-7 mins. to get to the front. Luckily everyone was patient!!

Decent food options however the staff are arrogant and rude to say the least. Staff needs to be obsevered and looked into as they're standards for customer service are abysmal.
