Siva’s Convenience Store

Extremely surprised this store got review score of 2. If there was 0 score definitely this rude sad little selfish toxic resentful creature would have got it. More surprised how UPS still using this store as a collection point, everyone in Leamington spa that I know don’t want anything with this toxic store.
Hey UPS please read reviews and just review complains you’ve got for this store and move away, you are losing more and more customer by keeping this collection point. Just do a normal assessment on the loses and it’s as bright as a summer sunny day “ this is worst customer experience ever “!

Not everything that they have publish online about their UPS service is true!
On top of that ther customer service is very passively aggressive with very rude manners, if any at all !

There is a very kind lady that works here who is always so positive and helpful. Great prices and staff. Always show here because they make you feel welcome.

the worst service I've ever received! the owner attitude forced me to call the police and ask for their interfere to get my parcel eventually 2h before my flight to Spain!

Kind gentleman .... very helpful sorting out a UPS parcel for an Amazon return. Very understanding and one of the very few places in Leamington that do this. Thank you so much.

I saw many bad reviews so I had to write that the staff has always been very friendly, very convenient when in need of a snack in the late evening
