A regular here. The young couple (are they related to Mr Patel?), are absolutely amazing and friendly and will always chat with u. I am really happy that they open late now on Sundays as Mr Patel would always close around 1pm. Keep up with the great work guys. Ben x

If you need to contact them, do it via Fb messenger rather than the phone number. I needed help about a collection. The sender didn't write the ECP number on the box, neither a return address. A few days past the due delivery date, I hadn't got any notice about the parcel from Ebay. Avon News, replied to my messenge immediately, found my parcel with my name and corrected the seller's mistake by contacting eBay and sorting out the problem for me so I could get a collection email and go and pick up my parcel with the barcode. Avon News went above and beyond with their customer service. They are very reliable and friendly. Thank you!

If you use the parcel collect system from them the only chance of being able to collect your parcel once it's delivered is if the nice of the two guys is working. If it's the other dude, you'll get a bad response. He doesn't understand that in order for me to get my collection code for him to scan it as collected, he first has to scan the item registering it as available for pickup. I've had issues with packages sat in there for days without being able to collect them due to this guy being completely unwilling to deal with anything to do with package collection, pretty frustrating when I can see the package in front of me
