Used as Hermes drop-off location. Parcel never reached Hermes (card's barcode not recognised by Hermes) . The store doesn't know anything nor cares about anything. Everything points to the parcel was just simply stolen by the store staff.

Tried pressurising me to pay twice for my shopping by card even though I was showing them proof that the transaction had been taken from my account. Absolute rip off merchants

Good service. Collected and returned parcels. Very easy to use.

Unwelcoming and unhelpful, I use this shop to drop off my Evri parcels and they just stare at my face when I ask them for help and until I do it the wrong way they start to speak.

Don’t go here they have rats

Went in store to post a parcel using the Hermes drop off point, the machine wasn’t accepting payment and the cashier was extremely rude and unhelpful, didn’t even try to offer assistance.

Very bad costumer service and are very rude I would not recommend shopping in the shop
