most of the staff are nice but for one women she is rude does say morn or good bye get rid of her

Me and my partner visit the store often, even daily. Most of our time we purchase tabbaco. Because we are regulars no one ever asks us for ID. Even when they did not know me, they served me without ID countless times. In fact we are sold alachol and tabbaco all the time now without ID. And we certainly don’t look our age, considering the challenge 25 policy. I’m 26, with ID. On this one occasion my partner got refused sale for no ID. Fair enough, so I walked in with a valid Driving license and got refused service even though the purchase was for myself which I stated with a valid ID. I’m well aware of what the law states and they are in there rights to refuse sale however it seems to be when it suits them they are happy to serve people without ID braking the challenge 25 rule and the law considering I’ve seen it done with minors plenty of time. You end up waiting at the counter whilst all staff are hanging in the office and frankly it’s run by a bunch of kids. Spoke to manager about situation he stated he knew us, what he failed to bring up was that he stuck by his staff member, and yet he is the one that’s served without ID on multiple occasions. If I ever have this experience again in the store I will film exactly my visit and display it on social media.

I went in with the simple intention of getting a couple of beers, but whilst I was in there 1 of the cashiers took a poo into 1 of his hands and threw it at me with violent intent
