Yep … manager really friendly and helpful always greets you with a smile, a ‘how are you’ and a thank you. I should go in there more often but never get around to it. I must try harder 😊

It's nicely laid out and tidy, and has some interesting things like the American brands of Fanta, but it is an expensive place.

Rude and unhelpful - don’t fulfil services they state they do on their website or what they have signed up to with delivery companies

The shop is open 17 hours a day, carries most of what anyone could expect from a convenience store, and staff are hardly any more or less polite than anywhere else. Deliveries and collections can seem to be a nightmare everywhere you go. So all in all Rasons is a useful shop to have around. I guess it would be helpful to be able to leave feedback for the manager / owners directly, maybe the company AMTH Local Ltd cd have a website....

Do NOT use Rasons as your Evri parcelshop. They basically dump all parcels in a corner of a shop and tell you to go find your parcel. So you'll be browsing through other people's parcels to find your own (easy to steal, of course) and they don't store them by date of drop-off or by surname so good luck in finding your parcel.

Woeful customer service. Can’t be bothered to help anyone who goes in. Are also advertised as a parcel-less delivery service on Evri and Amazon but are definitely not. ‘Not my problem’ according to the shop assistant when asked why they’re advertised this way.

Good and friendly staff at the store and main thing they are quick at the billing and help with things which i need.

Great local shop with a decent selection of household bits you might need to pop out for like eggs, seasoning, washing powder, gloves and a good selection of alcohol. Staff are nice and always seem to be working hard. I also use them as my local Hermes drop off which is super handy and they open until late.
