What fabulous service, I was very inexperienced in using the Hermes return service but did not need to worry the owner was do helpful and personable, and I didn’t need to worry she guided me through the process making it very easy to use the Hermes parcel service. I also found the shop reasonably priced. I have found a fabulous local store . Thank you so much for your help and support.

It’s not Harrods, but you wouldn’t expect a local convenience store to be so. If you want to buy newspapers, cigarettes, alcohols, sweets, and assorted other ”convenient” items, it’s excellent. The owners are friendly and the prices are reasonable. I’ve been buying my beer here for years, and will continue to do so.

VOLATILE SHOP KEEPER - BEWARE!
Just been served by a man with what can only be described as an uncontrollable temper with the worst customer care skills I have ever experienced. He shouldn't be allowed to deal with the general public if he can so easily flip into a rage over a customer querying the minimum spend for using a card. And to call a customer st*pid as they walk out the door for not being able to complete their purchase because of their £2 rule is completely and utterly shocking. Certainly won't be returning and the fact that he flipped into a rage after telling him being spoken to so rudely had just lost him my custom, then told me I was barred, was laughable.

Charnwood Stores old owners are back to provide a good variety of grocery and alcohol at reasonable prices. Also providing you with great service and welcoming atmosphere. Phone/gas/electricity top up available.

First class service very helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough to help fair pricing in the shop

Just like to add this went into shop the other day ask the young lady if you sell a certain thing her reply was no sorry but then she got on her phone spoke with someone whom I presume was her husband ask him to get my item I wanted and within 1 hr this was in the shop now that's what I call customer service 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 star service

this is a great shop i usually go here on a wednesday in the daytime a gorgeous very polite well mannered lady who always welcomes you usually serves

Used the parcel return service here yesterday - never done it before. The lady behind the counter was lovely, so helpful and friendly. Clean and tidy well stocked shop, very reasonably priced.

Amazing stock levels on all produce, lovely family run business.
Always a pleasure shopping there.
