The staff here are so lovely and friendly. Of course things cost a little more than in the larger supermarkets but it's so convenient.

awful.....haven't been there for ages as usually do a big shop in clapham J but lazy day today so went to Londis for milk and bread. Didn't notice at first as I was on my phone but staff followed me around the shop, not saying anything just following and watching, felt very weird and uncomfortable, left and got s loaf next door at local cafe .... never going back 👎🏻

In response to review by JB Ranks, staff are always around the store making sure everything is clean and tidy so it may seem like they are “following” you around the store, my apologies you felt that way. We aren’t “terrified” of theft but it is an on going issue and constantly on the increase at the moment. Surprisingly from all age groups. You’d be surprised but we’ve actually caught an old lady pinching baguettes, and she’s in her 80’s!!! She comes in every day so we never expected that, but moving forward we have to be vigilant. We are not a large multiple where these losses can be absorbed day in day out. As for being overcharged “frequently”, that’s not how we operate whatsoever. If you think you have then please do come in an speak with me about it as that’s an accusation I will not accept. Thank you.
