I am a familiar face here. I have had to return an item. But in all it is a fair convenient shop that is open most hours up until 1 am most days. Quite expensive but like I said, it is convenient at times you need things when all shops are closed.

I was in London on a trip and my first time in the store the man who served me was normal and not rude and was okay, I bought an item which was below 3 pound.

The next day my second time in the store I was aiming to buy an item below a pound and the woman behind the desk spoke to me in a way / a tone of which is not appropriate when dealing with the public / customers she spoke to me like I was something on her shoe over apparently a new “minimum 3 pound bank card charge” I will never step foot in that store ever again.

This is why automation isn’t a bad thing , atleast machines without faces aren’t rude ignorant and don’t speak down to you.

The guys are so lovely!!
