Not very clean. Only a couple of members of staff speak English. Awful customer service. No please no thank you no eye contact. If self service check outs were to be installed, they'd definitely be friendlier check outs than the staff.

Bad costumer service. They don't even let you put all your shopping in your bag before they serve someone else :( not much variety of fruit and vegetables neither dairy free stuff ie yoghurts and milk.

I walked in today to see that of the four members of staff who were working not a single one was wearing their mask properly. They all had their nose or mouth half hanging out, meanwhile cheery messages about masks being mandatory for customers play over the speakers. Absolutely pathetic when people's lives are on the line, sort it out it's not hard.

Most of the staff are friendly but the old man who seems to run the place is always angry and takes it out on staff or customers. It has also been terrible at enforcing mask wearing rules, we haven't gone near it since things started getting worse again.

Hello everyone Kay here from a cow’s hernia while sitting on the toilet. So I went to co-op today and when I went to the meat aisle I was fully disturbed. The meat that was there was in a plastic box like it was on display to the entire world. I was OUTRAGED as I like my meat free range and not locked in a plastic box like it’s the meat of a dinosaur in the museum. If you like your meat in a box then I suggest getting some meat from Amazon as at least the boxes are cardboard and are better for the environment.

We have used this place through deliveroo and it is shocking. The order is always short. Every time. And the prices are massively marked up. Honestly not worth the pain.
