This shop was listed as a Click and Collect location on eBay but rejected my package twice within two days and made me miss an important delivery that I needed in order to complete a job. Instead I've let my client down because of someone else being bad at their job. Useless. Don't sign up to be click and collect if you don't want to accept parcels.

The customer service is RUBISH I told them to charge me two of the ice lollies (since my toddler was eating one in his hands) and one for myself and he said ok but when I came home he charged me 2 but never gave me my one I never realised I always go there but first Time. And i think is a new person working. Very disappointing. 😑😠

Don't use this shop as they are rude and arrogant. Please avoid, there are many off license in the area that deserve clients.

Worst customer service ever, I ordered Amazon items they let me wait for 10 minutes and keep serving customers and saying customer first parcel after.. than told me find parcel myself which I refuse later he can’t find parcel and keep telling me come tomorrow we don’t have your parcel…after struggling few minutes i told him parcel delivered to you i got email than he found …worse experience never order anything in future if you can’t handle parcel why you accept to make Amazon hub.
