Do NOT send your package with this collection point. The staff was incredibly rude. I have never experienced anything like it before and ended up sending my package from another location because of the absolutely horrible attitude. I am shocked that this is allowed to be a UPS collection point.

If I could have left less stars I would have.
The worst customer service ever . The cashier is very rude and unhelpful. Unbelievable how low the service standards can drop. I would never come back to this place even if I had to walk for 30 mins to buy a chewing gum . AVOID . Do not pay your money to this miserable man! Looks like he doesn’t need it.

Don’t send your package to be delivered here. The dude is pretty rude and didn’t check my ID when I picked up my package. There’s basically a huge pile of boxes in the corner you have to dig through.

As you may have seen the other complaints for this place, ill just have to re-confirm about how rude the staff is. If you can manage to walk to a different shop for your parcel youre better off not wasting your time here. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Also their prices are actually much higher on food/drinks compared to other shops

Rudest shop you’ll ever walk into. Avoid! Overpriced too.

Despite receiving an email from UPS stating that I could collect my parcel between 08.00 & 21.00; I went into the shop at 20.30 on 28/12/22 and encountered the same late-shift individual who true to form was rude, arrogant & ignorant - and not for the first time. He told me that I should have come earlier. I showed him the email - he said it was different hours at Christmas, which is absolute nonsense - I'm sure they're open until midnight - and it wasn't Christmas anyway. Following the usual '5 minute argument' (check out the Monty Python sketch) this lazy & unpleasant individual reluctantly retrieved my parcel but issued me with a final warning for my rude behaviour - what planet is this person on? I shall now provide him with a printout of the horrendous reviews in the hope that he may consider changing his ways - slim chance! The few positive reviews are clearly false.
