Terrible mobile phone repair service. AVOID at all costs because they will just take your money and give you a rubbish quality job in return. Very rude service too.

Not a safe place for parcels to be delivered to - my computer monitor has been ‘mysteriously’ mislaid.

Worst and horrific shop I’ve ever been to in my life. Been in 5 times now and every time I’ve had the most unhelpful store staff. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER DROPPING OFF UPS WITH THEM. Every time I have gone in they have given me an excuse why they can’t take it. So unhelpful and unfriendly. Nothing exciting or special about this store and pretty dirty too

Not recommended for parcels or purchases. On three separate occasions they have refused to take my parcel (clothing returns) and choose not to give a reason. I dont understand why they are so unhelpful.

Told to come back and three separate times to drop a UPS parcel. Rude and unable to provide services advertised.

Totally agree with most of the reviews!
We asked if we could drop off a heavy UPS parcel. After they saying yes and my husband going there with the parcel they said they had no space. Rude and very unhelpful.

Very rude and unhelpful...no idea how anyone cam run a business like this. AVOID for parcels! Go to Rasons at 125 Putney Bridge Road instead.

Do not go here if you need to send something via UPS The woman working there is incredibly rude. When I showed her the returns barcode from UPS she proceeded to tell me the code was incorrect and refused to scan it. Instead she talked over me and told me I was wrong before serving some else mid conversation. I left and presented the exact same UPS barcode to Hardings News on Putney Hill and it was not a problem at all. All in all, a very bizarre interaction.
