Hey i visit costcutter,Fazely Rd Tamworth a few times a week every week and always greeted by the owner's they alway's have a smile for you,if you need any help it is there nothing is to much trouble for them,There is a shop 4 door,s away from my house but i would rather get in the car and go to my friendly faces at cost cutter Fazely,And it is no just of getting better prices that you do,but you walk in the door at Costcutter Fazely and it makes shopping a pleasant experience every time. ..Chris M.

Absolute crooks I wanted to pay with my card for a red bull and was told I can't because I have to spend a minimum of £5..I will be taking it up

Opening hours are 7am to 8pm every day of the week

This is my parent’s shop and someone appears to have changed the opening hours on here to 24 hours (which is not the case). As such, please note that they are open 7am to 8pm 7 days a week 🙂 Thank you

I received an appalling and unprofessional level of customer service, to say the very least at, Costcutter Fazeley Rd, Tamworth.

The shop keeper called me, “An Idiot”, and barred me from the shop, after asking a very reasonable and relevant question to him. I, myself, work in a customer facing job, and would never treat customers like this, under any circumstances — You just don’t do it! I felt intimidated by the shop keeper.

A formal letter of complaint has been emailed to Head Office, and also to the Franchise Area manager.

It saddens me that as a loyal customer of 6 years, has been subject to this abuse.

I have left an honest, fair and accurate review and have followed Google’s guidelines.
