Co-op Food - Streatham

Great improvement in past couple of months. Really good selection of wines and fishes. The ceiling has been fixed (at last) and the stuff members in the checkout were quite helpful. Well done

this coop is decent however, there is an atrocious smell, like old food mixed with vinegar or pickle. Really odd. It makes me shop really quick.I get what I need and go. I feel sorry for the shop workers. The smell is surely against H&S in some way.

Was assisted by the in-store security/customer support? today in the late morning. Young man at the door directed me to the amazon service desk.
Not only was he professional and efficient, he was consumer focussed and courteous and had a great sense of humour.
Even though I wasn't in the store for long this level of pro-active customer support by the staff made my day. An asset to have this kind of staff for any business - a man going places!!

Very generous opening hours and is looking very good since the renovations. A few of the aisles are very narrow though, and I've had issues with the bagged salads which seem to be going bad even before they're taken off the shelves. Some items are very expensive, but the staff is helpful.

Staff were so helpful, I'm not used to shopping so had no idea about a meal deal, but the assistant told me what was included in the deal, he really was helpful. The lady on the checkout was equally helpful, Co-op should be proud to have such great employees. Thank you both for your help

I never used to go into the Co-op but now, I go in every two weeks. Their choice of meals is really yummy. More important, the meals taste like home cooked meals. Their beef lasagne, spaghetti, and macaroni cheese meals are really tasty. They have a variety of salads and fruits. Really you should try them out. This is not about price, I am talking about quality and variety. The only complaint I have is that I can never find pralines and cream ice cream! Maybe they finish too quickly.

Its a convenient little shop and the refurb is nice, but it's smelt of sewage for months. Makes shopping there really unpleasant, to a point where I now just go in if I'm after something specific as the smell is too bad to browse.
