Very friendly staff. Very convenient for Paddington customers. Food and groceries are fantastic to find and buy on the way back

Well that was horrid. Bad customer service skills. Held up & overcharged by double the price.

The guy in front of me ran out without paying for his 4pack of Heineken(£7), the cashier chased after him, returned with the cans. Then demanded I paid for the cans as I was buying some cans myself I flat out refused .. sat on my train now I've checked my bank .. (£7 whistlestop) I am fuming that's more then double the shelf price

Fatai S at Whitsestop Paddington stn nove 23rd - 17:15 - long hard day that you made fun. I bought a bottle of wine and asked for a cup. He took a look at me and saw I just needed a break - so he gave me a paper cup. Just a nice kindness on a crazy day. Thanks Fatai for understanding us crazy tired busy confused and axious travellers in one of the bussiest stations in the UK.

Fatai at Whitslestop Paddington Station was very friendly and nice clean shop. Plus easy to manoeuvre around with a suitcase.
