Not the best service. Tried to call them to enquire about my package, person picking up the phone managed to hung up on me 3 times after I introduced myself, shouting they are not interested. After 4th time, I started the conversation with "I am a customer" and was welcomed with response "What do you want?"... Could use a bit of polite touch.

Told my girlfriend on Monday to come back on Sunday. She came in at 10 like she was told to to then be told to come back at 1. Then when she comes back at 1 the guy behind the till was rude and told her to go away. When I told him he need to serve her cause of what she been told he started to be abusive and threatening. Would suggest not to use this shop

Claims to be open until 23:00 for post office services and parcel collection but he’ll make up that he closes the post office part 18:00 on a Tuesday. Incredibly rude and terrible service.

For sure I've had a few arguments with the people that work here but in the end they're good guys and they go trough a lot of frustrated customers daily. Janice is always friendly and I feel bad for seeing him stressed when a customer is yelling at him after their post office has closed. The post office closes at 4pm. Anything after that is not their issue.
They work very long days and I'm very happy they're always open. <3
Not to mention that they literally sell anything you can think off.

I was friendly enough but now guys you reached the limit.First,we are your costumers.Second,we treat and support you enough through those tuff time.I am sorry to say,but you need to be more friendly with your costumers.You don't give a receipt and then you are asking people to pay twice.How come?We are coming friendly to your store and leaving angry or disappointed by your service.You are laughing,telling jokes and mistakes happen,then the customer for you is always wrong.You don't make mistakes don't you?
I will kindly ask you,please be more friendly or just smile some time during those hard times,as you don't know the person in front of you..maybe he had a bad day too..

The guy working behind the post office counter is very rude. Always tells you to come back, and refuses to accept parcels

Just tried to collect an Amazon parcel (at around 9pm) for which I had paid a one day delivery fee and it wasn’t clearly marked as a post office parcel. They have it but refused to give it to me, saying the post office counter is shut. Frustrating experience.

SHOPKEEPER IS A THIEF! I arranged for my parcel to be collected from this shop (using a DHL service point). Once the parcel was delivered, I went to the shop and the shopkeeper said he does not do DHL collection (DESPITE DHL clearly showing on their website that this shop can be used as a collection point). Anyway the rude shop clerk claims he has not received my parcel despite online tracking showing that it has been DELIVERED and SIGNED to that shop.
