Got scammed money by the people who run the shop, do NOT come here at all. I went to buy £30 worth of electricity for my meter. I got a receipt for £30 worth of electricity. I come home and put it in my meter, and my meter reads £25. I came back and asked the woman politely for either a refund or £5 worth of electricity. She kept insisting no, and to come back later when the male staff is available. Then I enquired as to why she wouldn't just do it now rather than waiting for the man, and she made an excuse that she does not know how to operate the electricity top up machine. I've seen her do it before. Disgusting people.

Doesn't even deserve one star for an appalling excuse for customer service. Interrupted mid-sentence three times, and he walks away from me in doing so. He also bluntly demanded I do exactly what the returns email and the scanner both said don't do. Beyond rude - don't bother.

Worst service. Their board tells that are open till 9 PM and they stop taking parcels before 8.30 PM and when asked the reason, owner of the shop didn't give proper response and the way he was talking to customers is really bad. Suggestion is not to go there.

Okay. Their Hermes drop off scanner wasn't working (frustrating, but happens) however no real explanation for when this would be fixed or when I could consider returning, by the lady. Despite that, they continued to have the Hermes drop off sign up outside. Had to then walk with a heavy item, which I tried to call about several times in advance (nobody answered the phone). Disappointed. 2 stars for the location, which is close to the town centre and the times the scanner did worked.
