Very nice people working here. I wasn’t sure after reading the reviews but decided to give it a try, turned out to be a very good experience. The opening hours was very reliable even on bank holiday, I came on platinum jubilee day to send away a yodel parcel, every other corner shop near me was closed but here was open and the staff was nice polite and helpful. Shop itself looks tidy and well stocked to me.

Very rude owner. Didn't want to accept a return as per Amazon's instructions and when asked to provide a complaint form he refused to do so, breaking the law.

Went here to return an Amazon order as they advertise they can package and return for you. Turns out they "didn't have any boxes, so couldn't help me"
Don't advertise something you can't deliver.

I needed to collect a parcel and the whole experience was awful. I made my way to the shop during their working hours as per the information i got from the delivery company and to be safe, i also checked this site. The working hours were different, they were even different from one day to the next, so this was already a bad sign.
After getting there, i found it closed with a 'back in 5 mins' sign, and a couple of people waiting upfront. After 20 mins waiting, still nothing so i had to leave, the other people had long left by then.
I tried calling them but did not pick up the phone either. Eventually, later in the day the picked up, first they confirmed their working hours are changing this week but back to ‘normal’ next one. When i mentioned i needed to pick up a parcel, which i got written confirmation to pick up before the 6th Jan, I was rudely told that they have sent all the parcels back to the sellers because they had no space at the shop, so they are sending everything back.
This is shocking honestly, they are so unprofessional and unreliable, i will complaint to the seller and delivery company so they dont use them again. Please safe yourself some time and stay away from this place.
