When this store opened the staff were professional and friendly. There has been a change in staff and the service is appauling except for one male staff member. They are always packing shelves yet the stock is limited or out of stock. Have to often move the packing big trollies out of our way to get to things or step over packaging which is also a huge health and safety issue. A few of us already consider using other local shops than going here. Tonight's staff were unhelpful and miserable. Had to use self service machine which never work including tonight. I will take this further should there not be an improvement.

I was very disappointed in my visit to the co-op Durnsford. no staff are available at anytime. Had to run around to find help with paying for my goods. Only to find when i got home my bread and milk was out of date. Went back to complain and found the short manager to be very rude. Unhappy customer.

I found Co-op staff member Richard to have acted unprofessional on serveral occasions..the first time was a situation when I was paying for my shopping he made a rude comment. It had taken him sometime to deal with my services. He told me that he was stressed because he's grandparents had just passed..and Michele the store manager demanded he turn up for work even thought he said he was not fit for work. I'am a customer not his mom... PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME YOUR PROBLEM!!!!KEEP IT TO YOURSELF. He has made it uncomfortable for me to continue shopping @ the store..

I'am left both frustrated and bemused because there's never fresh bread or milk available on my visits the bakery always taste's uncooked so I now shop @lido and Yanlili...........

Happy with my local co-op. Not giving 5 stars because it runs out of essential items sometimes: some fruit, Eggs and my favorite sourdough bread. I guess the team is doing their best but maybe they need some extra staff to deliver a 5 star service!

This place is an absolute joke ! I pulled up to pick up a sandwich and 3 days In a row I received a parking ticket totalling £300 !

They offer two parking bays which apparently you have to book ahead of your visit and if you don’t you will be fined by the ANPR system !

Do not visit this place by car as you will pay the price !

Shame on you Co Op !

Coops are good local options. They have a good range of food and veg and a general useful variety of goods. The staff are usually reliable and helpful.

A very convenient store for the locals. Since I live in the same building, this store really helped for quick grocery pick-up since 2016. Prices are normal and staff are quiet friend. The current manager runs the shop very well and friendly. It operates from 7am to 11pm everyday.

Usually Co-op picks nice locations to open their stores and this one doesn't make an exception. Good quality products, clean store, friendly staff
