Good customer service

Very bad service from the new owners. Went for collection for UPS parcel they refuse to give. I showed them the ups collection card also. They still refused. Don’t use this guys again.
The old owners very helpful and good. But who ever got the new ownership they don’t know how to deal with customer. Please don’t waste your time to use them.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Worst experience in a corner shop ever! Extremely rude worker, highly disrespectful, shouting at customers, ignoring people's requests. Seemed like he was drunk. I will not be going to this shop again!
