New Luxmi store

Twice I have used the New Luxmi store to collect a parcel and twice I have received an appalling service. The lady in the store seems to have an incredibly bad attitude and was extremely rude to me.
Larger parcels are left on the shop floor, which seems to be an invitation for the contents to be damaged or even stolen.
The lady herself carries out the task of confirming that you are the owner of the parcel in quite an erratic fashion.
My own parcel appeared to be lost at first and when found, having produced my driving licence and dpd details, she initially refused to give me my parcel.
I produced further proof of my business credentials, which were also printed on the label and she still protested and became quite unpleasant.

I would strongly suggest one avoids having your parcel delivered here.
The shop seems well stocked and clean otherwise and perhaps selling groceries alone is what they should stick to.

Sells good products, better than competitors in the surrounding area.

this shop is a joke regarding parcels!! the lady who is rude, will not accept parcels...... in this case a chair?? as it is to big?? DPD need to be embarrassed to connect such a big company with such a unprofessional shop!!!

Great place for DPD drop offs late in the evening.

The staff are so sweet and treat me kindly, anytime I go in there. I always leave satisfied.

Unbelievably poor DPD service. The parcel was delivered to this shop (the courier did not even attempt to deliver to my address) and when I went, they did not have my parcel. I suspect the reason is that this is how they store the parcels, completely in the open with no security, for anyone to take. I’d advise you do all you can to avoid your parcel ending up here. The staff are also very rude and unhelpful.
