Co-op Food - Colliers Wood Station

I was in the Colliers Wood Station store on Tues 13 Nov at approximately 6:50. I queued up at the counter and waited for the young lady (Jayda) to call me over. She appeared to be on a call on her headset so I waited longer. Eventually I decide to walk up to the counter and wait to be served at which point she continued to ignore me for a few minutes, ignoring eye contact and then walked away. Continuing to wait, I eventually leaned over to ask if she would be serving me at which point she very rudely said she told me to come over to another till, and then started serving another customer! I have no problem going over to another till but it really is common decency to make eye contact and speak directly to a person who is clearly waiting to be served. Clearly I did not hear her if she did in fact tell me to move over and my continued waiting is an indication that I definitely did not hear her. I go to this store in particular almost every night after work and have only ever had good customer service. As I have never seen her before I can only assume that she is new and has not had the proper training in how to politely deal with customers. I asked to speak to a store manager but she told me that there were none in the store. This is not the level of customer service I expect from a Co-Op and there is never any reason to be rude or make someone feel embarrassed for the privilege of supporting their store .

Should be much better given its location. Very cramped with narrow aisles. Often poorly stocked shelves also. Huge unnecessary bank of self service card only check outs. Very poorly stocked bakery section. Not cheap. One good thing about it if you are a youngster is that there is a constant cocophony of loud music blaring out.

This is inadmissible. Co-Op restock shouldn’t turn others front door into a latrine.

As a customer Co-Op (Colliers Wood station) has exceeded my expectations. The hardworking staff there are friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience much more enjoyable. Whether it be to grab a fresh croissant before work or a casual groceries trip, Co-Op caters to all. The shop floor is well maintained which is a testament to the good character of their staff. Recently I tried their fresh bakery options and I was pleasantly surprised; it had been cooked to perfection by a skilled baker and tasted even better. I would definitely recommend everyone to run to this Co-Op and try it out for themselves.

Aggressive staff whom don't understand the legal implications of a shelf ticket price needing to match the scan price; give this shop a miss if you can. Its so small I've seen bigger dolls-houses, prices as high as tesco and even lower quality. Stick to Waitrose unless its just a one-off if you must.....

I've been here several times over the last few weeks and they NEVER have bottled water in stock - only juices and fizzy drinks. Really annoying when I'm thirsty and just want some water.

Nice shop, wonderful bakery!

Arrived to meet my partner here after she got out of the station, after she paid for her stuff I arrived so we went together so I could grab a drink for me.
A really weird warning audio announcement started playing throughout the store about punishing/prosecuting any criminal activity in the store or something along those lines, which confused me because I've never heard it before or anything close in any store I've been in before.

After we left, my partner told me that 2 staff members had been watching her and following her after she went in the store. My partner told me they were racially profiling her and I agree.

Disgusting behaviour by those staff, I'm honestly horrified. Never going back here again. I dont know if it was all the staff or only some but it was a depressing and disheartening start to what was meant to be a lovely day with a lovely person
