Tried to drop off a parcel for collect plus. After scanning the barcode I was handed a label on receipt paper and was told to go away and stick a non-sticky label onto my parcel and bring it back. Apparently they've been told to not give out 1p's worth of sellotape to help out "since they lose money". Effectively that's saying that my time is worth less than 10cm worth of sellotape.

Perhaps they should be passing themselves off as "inconvenience stores" instead.

My teenage daughter went to buy some things a couple of days ago. She allegedly knocked a drink off a shelf and was made to pay for it! In retail this is extremely bad practice and discrimination against teenagers. I have advised my daughter NEVER to set foot in there again.

Constantly get short changed, just got charged full price for a product that was in a half price sale. Out to rob you

Worst service ever. Very unprofessional lady working there. I do not recommend to shop there, you will just ruin your day.

Avoid this place items scanned at £5.49 but charged £6.49
Asked for a refund after the attendant said well that's our price like it or leave it.

Being a new owner you would of thought they would be mindful of the community they serve.

We have asked several times the owner not to park in the pavement in her SVU. This blocks the pavement and access to the public.

Most considerate folk would of understood the respectful request. Not the new owners, I was met with confrontation and aggression.

I will not be using the shop and encourage others to do the same.

Great store, always use to send Hermes parcels, staff always seem welcoming and are very helpful
