I'm a patient in Lewisham Hospital, with no one to support me.... I called McColls to see if they can deliver some items to the ward.... After all they service the Hospital....And the person I spoke with was polite but not helpful... It's a shame.... You have a captive audience..... You should be utilizing every opportunity to expand on your availability...
