Lovely store! Very friendly staff, items stocked well, and the manager is one of the most polite blokes you’ll ever meet. There is one lady who asks you to pack your own shopping for some reason, but the rest of the team are great!

The staff here are amazing, kind friendly and very helpful. Been my local shop for 12 years and couldn't fault it at all. Management are also amazing

Some staff are really helpful and polite but others rude and inefficient
Staff need to be aware of the law on refunds that state they must be made in the same way as original payment was unless you expressly agree to a different refund method. I was told after being given the wrong item by a member of staff and returning for a refund that they only give them in cash. More training needed on legalities.

Apart from the 2 staff members there that never greet or answer you just point and mumble...

Most of the staff are very unfriendly and clearly don't enjoy their jobs. I have going on there daily for the last 5 years and seriously considering changing shops. You greet the staff and they just ignore you and don't smile.

Only place I can he sure I'm getting genuine vape products don't trust off brand items
